wlao damm tired now. training knocked me flat.
first warm up-5 rounds around the school. -.-
NOT AROUND THE LAKE, AROUND THE SCHOOL.
great.tot we sure stop cuz 5 rounds is crazy....but,

we took 36mins to run 5 laps. not bad la, quite consistent. :))
