YAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
FINALLLYYYYY!!! afetr 4 years, manage to get FULL MARKS FOR NAPFA!!!!!!!!!!!
but sucks man. worse than ever. excpet for standing broadjump.
actually rite..if i could jump for the last few year..
I COULD'VE GOTTEN FULL MARKS EVERY YEAR LAAAAAAAHHHH!!!

2.4km- 13:25? (not accurate) ---worse than last year
shuttle run- 10.74. suck suck suck. slower than all the years! D:
pull-up- 35? can do more one..cuz still got itme, but wanted to be a NICE number so..hahaha :DD
sit-up- 47...laoz....worse than my sis (49)..worse than last year. ):
sit&reach- 44cm..stoooopit! thigh cramp!!! DD: freaking pain sia. worse than last year
SBJ!- 185cm!!!!! never jump so far before!! A lehhh!!!
